A Review on Disturbance Analysis and Suppression for Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor

In high-end testing and manufacturing equipment, a trend exists whereby the traditional servo feed system with ball screw rotary motor will gradually be replaced by direct drive system. The precision motion driven permanent magnet linear synchronous (PMLSM) offers several advantages, including high speed, acceleration, positioning accuracy. However, operating of device affected PMLSM robustness to nonlinear uncertain disturbances, such as cogging force, friction, thermal effects, residual vibration, load disturbance. aim this paper was provide survey on disturbance analysis suppression approaches improve dynamic performance systems. First, origin inhibition methods thrust ripple friction are presented. Second, mechanisms, modeling approaches, mitigation measures effects introduced. Additionally, vibration characteristics discussed. Finally, observers periodic aperiodic loads These from structural design control compensation then discussed in order response steady-state accuracy PMLSM.
